Adding Processing to Existing Video Applications to have Triple Play Capability

Description
Broadcast Video applications require high-quality compression technology for both standard and high-definition video. The H.264 video compression standard allows broadcasters to achieve their high-visual quality requirements at very efficient transmission bandwidths. This course will discuss the principles of encoder and transcoder algorithmic design onto mulit-DSP architecures.
