1.10 How to Use AM57x/DRA7x DFU Boot Mode with Linux Host

Date: July 11, 2017

This video demonstrates how to use the DFU (Device Firmware Upgrade) boot mode on AM57x and DRA7x processors, both of which support peripheral booting from a USB host. It provides setup information for both the Linux host and the device to be booted (in this example, a Jacinto 6 EVM) , walks through the DFU command flow and compiling of the u-boot image, and then demonstrates the full DFU boot sequence from the perspective of both the EVM and the host.
