TIDA-01526 implements a full DTM sub-system with two PT500 or PT1000 sensors, meeting the requirements for heat and cold meters per EN1434. The serial configuration supports both 2-wire sensors for residential meters or 4-wire sensors for heat calculators. The differential temperature accuracy of the solution is better than 20 mK over the measured temperature range of 0 to 150°C for 2-wire and 4-wire sensors, using offset and gain calibration.
