How to contact TI for support
Thank you for trusting Texas Instruments with your business. I'm going to demonstrate a few of the convenient features that we offer as you connect with us on our customer support center site. In the upper right hand corner, you'll notice that you can change the language between English, Chinese, and Japanese. To help you quickly find instant answers, on the left is a search related to ordering environmental standards or other types of compliance documentation. And on the right, we offer a search of our E2E support forums where our applications engineers are available to help with your design need. You can choose to connect with us by submitting your request online, starting a chat session, and we offer this service Monday through Friday 24 hours a day in English. Or you can give us a call. We offer a variety of local call in numbers. To submit a request to our team, you can log in with your existing myTI account. If you need an account, it is free and a very quick registration process. On the right hand side, you can see some of the special benefits and features that we offer with your myTI account. Let us know a little bit more information about how we can assist by selecting a category that is relevant to your question or your need. If you are not sure which category to select, we do have an other category that can be used for any type of request. Once you have selected a category, provide us with just a little bit more information about how we can help you. You can even copy other individuals so that they can stay informed on the request. Last, you can add attachments and then hit submit. Once you have submitted a case, had a chat session, or called us on the phone, you'll be able to view a history of all of your previous cases. As you can see at the moment, I don't have any that are open. All of my cases have been resolved. But I can go and review the history and find the details of anything that I've previously worked on.
