In this lecture, we will learn:
- The fact that objects do not heat up or cool down instantly – their thermal dynamics – can be modeled with thermal capacitance.
- Thermal resistor-capacitance networks, in theory, represent a complete linear thermal model.
- “Transient Thermal Impedance” is a quick way to do thermal calculations in specific circumstances.
