High Temperature Storage Stress Testing for Power Modules

Although it is expected that power supplies get hot, they are still expected to last a long time. TI's process of high temperature storage (HTS) stress testing simulates a component's ability to withstand high temperatures for long periods of time. Inductors in particular show sensitivity to HTS testing.
