Let's look at an overview of the application examples and associated form factors for LF. In the red boxes, you can see the application field. Blue boxes show the key care-abouts. For example, let's take livestock and pets. The most important factor here is reliability. The tags will need to stay on this cow for one, two, even five years sometimes. And it's also very important to get significant range on this tag. Again, reliability on the left photo, we can even see tags being injected into fish in order to tag and check their migration path upstream and whether this still works in case of a hydropower plant. The most prominent of these tags are air coil, copper wire, and antenna with a small, tiny chip or module. Glass encapsulated tags provide perfect reliability and hermetic sealing against water and chemicals. In the automotive field, security is a large factor in addition to reliability. What we see here is automotive immobilization. There are very tiny little tags molded into the car key, but also deliver state of the art security like AES cryptography. In the industrial field, we have reliability as a key requirement as well. And that's ensured by stable plastic encapsulated tags which can survive harsh environments. On the top right, you see waste management, and again, reliability is a key concern. We see tags in operation which have been out there for 10 or even 20 years and still functional. In this very harsh environment with tough requirements, the technology is more than well-suited to deliver that reliability. Moving on to sports, anyone who's been to a running marathon has seen the tag on the shoelace. On the access control side, we need security. But we also need range.
