Making Power Supply Design Easy with WEBENCH Tools

Take a tour of the latest features of WEBENCH® Power Designer, and instantly design and optimize your power supplies!  In this presentation and demonstration, you will learn how to quickly select a regulator and topology, compute BOM, complete thermal analysis and electrical simulation to meet your unique power design requirements. We’ll introduce you to our advanced power design features that give you complete control over your design and help you get to  prototyping quickly. We will show you to power and control of our electrical and thermal simulation features. Once single supply design techniques are conquered, you will take a quick tour of our multi-rail tool, WEBENCH® Power Architect, unleashing system power design that saves weeks of effort in just a few minutes. We will briefly show the breadth of WEBENCH® design tools for design needs beyond power.

Sameer Mylavarapu is a software engineer for TI's WEBENCH® Design Center. He creates and maintains software for the WEBENCH® suite of tools. Sameer joined TI in 2010 and holds a MS degree from the University of Houston.
