2020 Automotive TI Tech Day session
Lidar is quickly gaining popularity in a wide variety of industrial and automotive applications, including range finders, speed measurement devices, robotics, drones and automotive advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). This training session covers lidar fundamentals, common lidar architectures and TI's latest signal chain devices designed for use in lidar optical analog front-ends. The session also compares the use of time-to digital converters (TDCs) and analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) in different lidar system architectures, and will include a live demo of TI's latest lidar reference design.
