7.8 Wearable, wireless, multi-parameter patient monitor for medical

Patient Monitors combined with wireless connectivity to provide client feedback are rapidly growing. This demo is a simple wearable multi-parameter patient monitor which uses single-chip bio-sensing front end AFE4900 for synchronized ECG and PPG measurements. The measured data is transferred to a remote location using CC2640R2F (supporting BLE 4.2 and 5). It is operated using a single CR3032 battery and provides a battery life of 1 month. Power Management uses high-efficiency dc-to-dc converters and all connections to external world are protected using ESD diodes. The raw data is available for user to calculate Heart-rate, SpO2, PTT and ECG. Two on-board LEDs show low-battery detection and ECG lead-off detection for users.
