This video explains how TI’s 3D Time-of-Flight sensor, combined with powerful machine vision algorithms, can be used to identify, locate and track people’s movements in a given environment. This is accomplished through the use of depth data from 3D Time-of-Flight sensors, which can be used to quickly and efficiently isolate people within a region of an image. TI's 3D Time-of-Flight solutions are ideal for occupancy management and people counting applications such as security monitoring, building automation and traffic and queue analysis.
