This training will walk you through the fundamentals of GaN technology, GaN-based converter designs and our differentiated integrated GaN power stage approach.
GaN is a semiconductor technology that changes the way we design power converters. It does not only make power supplies faster, smaller and cooler, but also reliable at a lower system solution cost. This training will walk you through the fundamentals of GaN technology, GaN-based converter designs and TI's differentiated integrated GaN power stage approach. Design examples include 99% efficient totem-pole PFC, 1kW LLC switching at 1MHz, 100kHz 48V motor drive and 1ns pulse-width LiDAR.
