Jacinto 7 Automotive SOCs: Platform Scalability

And this is the Jacinto 7 platform. The platform is one SDK. Use one software development kit to develop all these different end equipments. So a customer makes an investment on one end equipment, and then you can reuse that investment across other end equipments. The other portion of the SDK is the functional safety. So you have that foundation of functional safety, you can reuse the investment on other end equipments.
On the left, we've got gateway demonstrations. This is a vehicle compute gateway. It's a centralized compute and there's data moving within the box and actually data external to the box. And then this is a domain-based gateway, which is more like a traditional gateway in the automotive [? line. ?] Sonia?
Sure. And over here to the right, you have two different types of ADAS applications. When we look at ADAS applications today, they're really broken up into two classes. One is smart park and the other was smart drive. We have both of them showcased here on the wall. Up at the top is a front camera, which is used for smart drive. And then down here is an automated parking demo, which is really the smart park.
In both of these examples, customers have actually ported their algorithms over to the TDA4 platform and are leveraging the TIDL, which is TI Deep Learning libraries, to optimize and run their deep learning algorithms. So you can see that regardless of your ADAS application, the TDA4 platform can do the job.
