2.1 LC-sensing - a key sub-system in Smart Water and Heat meters

TI has developed 3 generations of LC-sensing solutions over the last 20 years, with the highly optimized and ultra-low power MSP430FR69xx family being the newest one. To add RF functionality, an external CC1120 transceiver device is needed. This training presents an alternative, low-cost, single-chip LC-sensing solution, where TI's FemtoFET CSD2328x family is combined with the Dual-band CC1350 Wireless MCU. This solution supports an IrDA PHY link and drives 7-segment LCD thru SW and GPIOs.
