10.3 Linearized models

In this lecture, we will learn:
- We can linearize a nonlinear dynamic model, just as we do for functions.
- A linearized, averaged model is a linear time-invariant (LTI) system and applying LTI control theory is valid.
- The validity of the model is limited to small perturbations and slowly variations; still, the model is surprisingly forgiving.
